YAKA Packing & Sorting was founded in 2017 with the aim of bringing the high-quality cherries of the Yaka region to international markets. YAKA operates on a 3-hectare site in the Komotini region with approximately 2,100 m² of production and cooling facilities. The facility is positioned among modern cherry & berry packing operations and supports receiving, hydrocooling, optical calibration, final screening, packing and cold-chain logistics.
